On top of Mount Baaaattttiiieee...

Met some really nice people at Our Lady of Good Hope Church.

"I get up every morning because I so enjoy living - a good husband, three wonderful children and 3 1/2 grandchildren.  I love life."

"I get up each morning and feel that this day is a gift from God and thank him and look forward to his beautiful creation.  Love family and friends and hope to try to do his will."

"I wake up in the morning because every morning is a new opportunity to start something new and be grateful to do it! Life is good!"
"I wake up in the morning because God lets me and blesses me with a new day."

"I wake up to give Praise and Glory to God the Father, giving thanks for all my Blessings.  After alone time with the Lord, my mission is to share the light of Christ with everyone I meet and in my vocation."

"God wakes me up every morning that I may Praise, Bless, and Proclaim his Goodness."

Had the chance to visit our Maine sisters at the Aldermere Farm where they were preparing their animals for a competition.  This farm was beautiful and we're a bit jealous of the ocean view!

Belted Galloway Cattle

"The reason I get up in the morning is mainly for my cattle.  I get up for class to learn as much as possible and earn my degrees."

Exploring a new place is always interesting!  Especially when you get to see it from the perspective of a human and a bird!  This was true for our adventure in Camden.  Upon recommendation from our Maine family, we started at the top of Mount Battie.

"The reason I get up in the morning is because I love where I'm at in life."

And the TOWER at Mount Battie

Once we were done pretending to be birds, we took a walk around the town of Camden.

"The sun wakes me.  And my son wakes me."

Such a friendly town - at almost every street corner were the instructions:  Stop, Wait, Wave!

Such a captivating view!

Aaand Jeanette found a place to nap!  She may have accidentally startled another unsuspecting shopper when after a few minutes Jennifer and I wandered off out of boredom from watching her sleep and Jeanette opened her eyes and instead of seeing us, there was another shopper watching her... her response?  "Hi :)"

Naps!  Always the best.
